Each Quarter we have a Quarterly Contest Postcard that is mailed to your list.   These Postcards are 90¢ Each.  There is a BRC (Business Reply Card) that comes back to the Realtor directly.  Then the Realtor sends all the entries to our office and a Local Denver Agent is called to come in a pick the winners.  One Grand prize of $200 (The Realtor also wins a $200 Grand Prize) and 10 additional $25 Gift Cards.  This is a great way to build an Email List.
